Monday Memorabilia/Collections: Mötley Crüe carnival mirror

Halloween is over another year, but that doesn’t mean we won’t do one more post about ghouls.

In this case, of the rock n roll variety.

I got this Mötley Crüe mirror off of eBay a couple years back. I hear these sorts of mirrors referred to as “carnival mirrors” because they tended to be prizes at the midway games of fairs and carnivals back in the 80s. (I recall once winning a frames Poison poster at the midway at the PNE as a kid; no mirrors that I remember but that’s just my memory.)

Anyway, I put it in a shadowbox-style frame from Michael’s to be able to protect it and easily hang it, and it lives in my living room, which is probably kinda obvious from the pictures:
